Like so many people, we bought into the idea that success meant working harder, climbing the ladder, and accepting that exhaustion was just part of the deal.
But something inside us started to shift. We realized we wanted more. More freedom, more time, and more presence with our families. We didn’t want to be stuck in office chairs forever. We didn’t want to wait for two weeks of vacation a year to actually feel alive.
